VIBE AI Studio

VIBE AI Studio generates product imagery for fashion brands using product images provided by the merchant.

• Images uploaded by merchants are processed solely for generating new product content.
• Generated assets are delivered directly to the merchant for review and publishing.
• Merchants remain responsible for the product images they choose to upload and publish.

Virtual Try On and Size Recommendation

When a photo is uploaded for Virtual Try On, it is processed only to fulfill the requested experience.

How your photo is used

A photo is used exclusively to generate a virtual try on visualization and, when enabled, calculate a size recommendation based on body proportions and the selected garment. Photos are not used for AI model training.

Image Storage

VIBE AI is designed with a privacy first architecture. Uploaded photos and generated results are processed only for the duration of the request and returned directly to the browser.

• The original photo is never stored in VIBE AI databases or object storage.
• The generated try on image is not retained on VIBE AI servers.
• No biometric templates or facial recognition profiles are created or stored.

What We Store

To operate and improve the service, we retain only limited technical metadata. This information does not include uploaded photos or generated try on images.

AI Transparency

All AI generated images created by VIBE AI include a visible AI watermark, helping distinguish generated content from original photography and supporting transparency for merchants and shoppers.

User Consent

Before uploading a photo, users are asked to provide explicit consent for their image to be processed for the requested Virtual Try On experience.

Compliance

VIBE AI is designed with privacy and responsible AI principles in mind. Our platform follows privacy by design practices, minimizes data retention and supports merchants in meeting modern data protection and AI transparency requirements.

Order & Refund Analytics (Shopify)

When a merchant connects their Shopify store, we process a limited set of order and refund data to provide analytics on the performance of Try-On. This includes order identifiers, product identifiers, purchased and refunded line items, refund amounts, currency, and timestamps. We use this data solely to produce aggregate analytics for the merchant, such as add-to-cart rate, purchase conversion, average order value, and refund rates, compared between shoppers who used Try-On and those who did not. For this analytics, we do not collect customers' names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses. We process only the minimum data necessary, we do not use it for advertising or for automated decision-making, and we never sell it. This data is retained for up to 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

Your Rights & Data Deletion

We honor data-subject requests, including Shopify's customer and shop data-erasure requests (customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact). Merchants and their customers may request access to, or deletion of, their data by contacting us at rinat@vibe-ai-lab.com.
